高考后忙“整容”

Following the end of college entrance exam on June 8, plastic surgeons report a staggering rise in the number of youngsters going under the knife.

6月8日高考結(jié)束后，外科整形醫(yī)生接手的青少年整形美容手術(shù)量激增。

“整形手術(shù)”統(tǒng)稱為plastic surgery，從事這一行的醫(yī)生就是plastic surgeon(整形外科醫(yī)生)。我們常說的“整容手術(shù)”其實只是“整形手術(shù)”的一種，英文為cosmetic surgery，而為了讓自己變美接受整容手術(shù)就可以說go under the knife，也就是我們常說的“在自己身上動刀”， 比如：More and more women are choosing to go under the knife just to improve their appearance.(越來越多的女性為了提升自己的外表選擇接受整形手術(shù)。)

高考后學生整容手術(shù)主要集中在面部整形(facial reshaping)方面，比如：割雙眼皮手術(shù)(double-eyelid surgery)、隆鼻(nose job)以及祛斑(spot removal)等。其他常見的整容手術(shù)還有：隆胸手術(shù)(breast augmentations)、豐唇(lip enhancement)、臉頰上提整形(cheek lift)等。
