“地方立法權(quán)”擬擴(kuò)大至所有設(shè)區(qū)市

More Chinese cities will be given legislative powers, according to a draft amendment to the 2000Legislation Law delivered to the country's top legislature for deliberation on Monday.

據(jù)周一提交全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)審議的《立法法》修正案（草案）規(guī)定，立法權(quán)將擴(kuò)大到更多城市。該法是自2000年頒布施行的。

現(xiàn)行的《立法法》中只有49個(gè)較大的市才享有的地方立法權(quán)（local legislative power），修正案草案中擬將地方立法權(quán)擴(kuò)大到全國(guó)282個(gè)設(shè)區(qū)的市（cities with subordinate districts）。

不過(guò)，這些地方立法權(quán)僅限于城市建設(shè)（urban construction）、市容管理（city appearance management）、環(huán)境保護(hù)（environmental protection）等城市管理方面的事項(xiàng)。
