西安一民政局離婚“限號”

　　辦離婚還要限號，這條新聞最近成了網(wǎng)上熱議的話題。據(jù)了解，自2012年3月以來，陜西省西安市長安區(qū)民政局實行離婚“限號”，每天只辦理10到15個號。長安區(qū)民政局回應稱，他們不干涉婚姻自由，采取此項措施旨在挽救盲目離婚家庭。從2012年3月實行該措施至今，當?shù)剞k理離婚者人數(shù)逐年降低。

　　A measure implemented by a marriage registry in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province, that limits the number of divorce registrations to no more than 15 per day, known as the "row number”, has received support and opposition alike from local residents.

　　陜西省西安市的一家民政局實施離婚“限號”，每天辦理的離婚登記“排號”不超過15個，當?shù)鼐用駥@一政策既有表示支持的，也有持反對態(tài)度的。

　　離婚登記的“排號”英文表達是row number，人們對“排號”并不陌生，因為買房買車看病都要排號，不過離婚排號倒是件新鮮事。

　　這家marriage registry office(民政局)表示，他們并不是要干涉婚姻自由，而是想save some couples who try to divorce in anger and on impulse(挽救因一時意氣離婚的夫婦)。
