Guests dined on an East-West menu that included shiso leaf fritters as a starter and dry-aged rib-eye steak with blistered shishito pepper butter, fava beans, morels and cipollini for the main course. Dessert included salted caramel pistachio cake, a matcha ganache, and ice cream.
