Taylor Lautner and Taylor Dome Lautner are celebrating one year of marriage!

Ahead of their first anniversary on Nov. 11, the couple shared with CBS Mornings co-hosts their plans for their upcoming anniversary.

“We're excited because [it’s] coming up,” said the Twilight alum. “We were talking about what we wanted to do for it. And it just felt right and perfect that we're doing our first fundraising gala evening for the Lemons Foundation on our anniversary.”

“Oh that’s beautiful,” replied co-host Nate Burleson.

The Lemons Foundation is a non-profit focused on “encouraging and advocating for those struggling with their mental health as well as providing accessible resources and support,” per the organization’s official site.

The couple explained at the start of their CBS Mornings interview that their podcast, The Squeeze, is a branch of the company to help inform listeners about mental health.

Dome Launter, who previously worked as a nurse, shared how the Lemons Foundation began and the inception of The Squeeze, which dropped in January.

“I ended up leaving the hospital due to mental health reasons. Just as you can imagine working through COVID was a little bit much. But I still wanted to find a way to give back and share what I was going through because so many people were struggling,” she explained.

"So I started this mental health blog called ‘Lemons by Tay’ and then that kind of morphed into a nonprofit called the Lemons Foundation, and then came the podcast," she continued. “We wanted to still kind of play off the lemon a little bit and we were like, ‘The Squeeze that's good,’ or getting to the gist of our mental health.”

“我們還是想把檸檬的味道去掉一點(diǎn),我們就像,‘the Squeeze that good’,或者說(shuō)是我們心理健康的要點(diǎn)。”

Gayle King asked about the couple’s unusual situation where they share the same first and now last name.

“How fun is it that you both had the same name? We were talking about that,” said King. “It's kind of hard to have a unisex name.”

Dome Lautner confirmed and shared how the couple has begun to navigate their shared name. “I don't refer to myself as Taylor," she said. "I feel like it's a little less weird for us than it was for all of our friends and family.”
