Disney announced a number of changes to its upcoming release schedule on Friday — and a film starring Jonathan Majors has been dropped from the calendar.

Magazine Dreams, the Majors-starring bodybuilding drama directed by Elijah Bynum, was previously slated for release on Dec. 4, but has been changed to "unset" status, per a release from Disney. The film premiered to positive reviews at Sundance in January (including an A- grade from EW) and was acquired by Disney's Searchlight in February.

The studio also moved its live action Snow White remake starring Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot from March 22, 2024 to March 21, 2025, and shifted Pixar's Elio from March 1, 2024 to June 13, 2025.

Majors was arrested in March on charges of strangulation, assault, and harassment in New York following a domestic dispute with then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, who was granted a full temporary protection order the following month. In June, the actor filed a complaint of domestic violence against Jabbari, claiming that he was the one attacked during the March 25 altercation.
