Travis Barker is giving his fans a health update.

After the musician, 47, went back on tour with Blink-182 following wife Kourtney Kardashian Barker's "urgent fetal surgery," Barker shared an image on his Instagram Story in which he held up a positive COVID test.

He uploaded the image on Friday alongside the emojis "PEOPLE has reached out to Barker's representation for additional comment.

Blink-182's next performance is scheduled to take place on Oct. 2 at the Altice Arena in Portugal. With the band's upcoming album set to be released on Oct. 20, a new single by the band titled “One More Time" debuted on Thursday.

Barker recently spoke about reuniting with bandmates Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge in a video that features previews of the new album and a snippet of an upcoming interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe shared to the band's YouTube account.

“Why does it take these catastrophes, like me being in a plane crash or me being sick, for our band to get back together?” he said.

"I always knew that the brotherhood wouldn't ever deteriorate or wouldn't be there. I really feel like Blink is us three, and as soon as we accept that and we don't settle for anything less than that, I just think that's the future," Barker added.

Earlier this year, the band stood together when they postponed their Latin-American tour dates due to an injury to Barker's finger.

"Thank you for all the love and prayers and understanding this week as I went into surgery," he wrote in an Instagram post in March that included an image of him lying in a hospital bed.

"It was a hard decision to make but ultimately, I couldn't continue to play the drums without it. It was inevitable that my finger would have dislocated again without fixing the torn ligament surgically," he explained. "So grateful for Dr. Shin and that my surgery was a success so that I can keep doing what I love and see you guys on tour soon."
