HR Administrator: Welcome to the company. We are conducting a survey of new employees to find out what influenced them to choose our company.

歡迎加盟本公司。我們正在對新員工進行調(diào)查，想知道你們?yōu)槭裁催x擇本公司。

New Employee: Honestly, the flexible hours were the main attraction for me. The traditional working day doesn't fit in with me lifestyle; I love being able to tailor my working hours.

老實說，彈性的工作時間安排是吸引我的關(guān)鍵因素。我個人的生活方式　不太適應傳統(tǒng)的工作時間安排。我很高興可以靈活高速自己的工作時間。

HR Administrator: Yes, flextime has definitely been a good change for us. How do you feel about the pay?

是的，彈性上班制絕對是一個很好的調(diào)整。你覺得薪水怎么樣?

New Employee: At first it is going to be difficult. During the first three months, I'm on probation. So I won't get sales commissions until after that.

剛開始不太高。前三個月是試用期，過了試用期我才能拿銷售獎金。

HR Administrator: But there is a big bonus for employees at the end of the probation period.

但是試用期一滿，員工就會得到很大一筆獎金。

New Employee: Yes, I'm looking forward to that! I just hope my first performance review is favorable.

是的，我非常期待那一刻的到來。希望自己一開始就能有好的業(yè)績評估。

HR Administrator: One thing you can be sure of your manager will be quite fair. If your job performance is up to par, you shouldn't be afraid of a performance review,

你可以放心：你們的經(jīng)理很公正，如果你的工作符合要求，就不用擔心業(yè)績評估。

New Employee: Great! Then I suppose I'm looking forward to my first promotion, too.

太好了!那我就等著第一次升職了。
