電話會議

背景說明
每一季中國分公司都必須和美國總部報告下一季的產(chǎn)品計劃，Kate是中國產(chǎn)品部門的主管，Lucy和Vicky是產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)不同的產(chǎn)品線，是Kate的部屬。David是美國總部負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)管亞洲區(qū)各個國家的產(chǎn)品，Andy是他的助理，Sara是美國總部的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理。他們事先以E-mail約好下午3點(diǎn)召開電話會議，由中國團(tuán)隊向美國總部報告下一季的產(chǎn)品計劃。
Kate: May I speak to David please?
可以請戴維聽電話嗎？
David: Speaking.
請講。
Kate: Hi, David. This is Kate. Lucy and Vicky are in my office already. Are you ready for the conference call?
嗨，戴維。我是凱特。露西及薇琪已經(jīng)在我的辦公室。你們準(zhǔn)備好可以進(jìn)行電話會議了嗎？
David: Sure. Andy is at my desk. Let me call Sara. Hold on.
當(dāng)然。安迪在我的座位前。讓我打電話給莎拉。稍候。
（Ring...）
（電話鈴響……）
Sara: Sara, speaking.
我是莎拉，請講。
David: Sara, we are going to do the conference call with China team now. Can I conference you now?
莎拉，我們正要和中國團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行電話會議。我現(xiàn)在可以把你加入電話會議嗎？
Sara: OK, no problem.
好的，沒問題。
…… ……
David: Can everybody hear me?
大家都聽得到我的聲音嗎？
All: Yes.
是的。
David: Kate, Lucy and Vicky are on the phone from China. On our side, I have Sara and Andy with me.
中國那邊凱特、露西和維基已經(jīng)在線。我們這邊有莎拉、安迪和我。
China team: Hello, Sara, Andy and David.
哈啰，莎拉、安迪和戴維。
David: Great. The purpose of today's conference call is to understand your product plan for the next quarter.
太好了。今天電話會議的主要目的是想了解你們下一季的產(chǎn)品計劃。
