職場(chǎng)必知：求加薪的正確姿勢(shì)

　　If you’re looking for a raise, or looking for a new job and dread the question “so how much are you looking to make,” you’re walking into a minefield that could either result in you making a good, fair wage, or getting underpaid from the start.

　　如果你期望加薪，或者尋一份工作卻害怕被問“那么你希望拿多少薪水”，那你便走入了雷區(qū)，不是最后報(bào)酬不菲便是從一開始就待遇偏低。

　　Here are some things to avoid when it’s time to talk turkey.

　　該開誠(chéng)布公時(shí)就要避免以下幾點(diǎn):

　　Negotiating by email or chat

　　避免通過郵件和聊天溝通

　　Overlooking other perks available for the job or included with your job

　　忽視你這份工作其它一些津貼

　　Being afraid to make the first move

　　害怕主動(dòng)提出邁出第一步

　　Giving in to your nerves and letting the conversation run away from you

　　因太過緊張而不提這一話題

　　You should absolutely consider your job’s other benefits or at least negotiate them when you talk about your whole pay package. Are you giving up something like flex time or remote work in exchange for coming into the office every day for a little more money?

　　你一定要考慮你工作有沒有其它好處，至少在討論整體薪資的時(shí)候要考慮進(jìn)去。你是不是放棄了靈活工作和遠(yuǎn)程工作的機(jī)會(huì)，就為了多拿點(diǎn)薪水而每天要進(jìn)辦公室坐班?
