英文面試：巧答“職業(yè)規(guī)劃”

　　“談?wù)勀愕奈磥硪?guī)劃吧”，這應(yīng)該是每一場面試必問的問題。當然作為面試者，你也一定有一番洋洋灑灑的規(guī)劃，不過要回答的恰到好處，張弛有度也并非容易之事。

　　要想回答好與工作規(guī)劃有關(guān)的問題，必須預先冷靜地為自己樹立一個目標。若干年后，你想在公司晉升到一個什么高度的位置呢?一定要先把自己的目標考慮好，面試時一旦被問及便可應(yīng)答自如。如果你連自己追求的目標都說不清楚，雇主當然就無法確定公司該不該雇傭你了。對于目標高的應(yīng)聘者來說，這類問題尤為重要。如果你應(yīng)聘的是管理層的職務(wù)，那么公司對于你的目標就肯定會有更大的期望值。

　　I look forward to adopting my best program to a new type of product.

　　我期望把自己最好的計劃應(yīng)用到一種新型產(chǎn)品中去。

　　I’ll do my utmost if your company hires me.

　　如果我被貴公司錄用，我將竭盡全力做好工作。

　　I will make a long-term plan. I’ll go with all my efforts to see it is realized.

　　我會制定一個長遠的發(fā)展計劃。我將竭盡全力實現(xiàn)計劃。

　　First, I’ll get further information about our goal, ways and counterparts, management, etc. Then, I will make my plan.

　　首先，我要進一步弄清我們的目標、途徑和對手、管理狀況等。然后，我要制定出計劃。

　　What is most important for me now is to do the best possible job for the company and learn and develop my skills as much as possible.

　　現(xiàn)在對我來說，最重要的是做好我的本職工作，同時盡可能學習和提高自己的工作能力。

　　My career goal is to work at increasingly larger firms and take on more challenging assignments.

　　我的職業(yè)目標是在不斷擴大的大公司里做更有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作。
