學(xué)歷更重要，還是經(jīng)驗(yàn)更重要？

求職時(shí)，學(xué)歷比經(jīng)驗(yàn)更重要。

Knowledge is a key factor in one's future. Without being well-educated, you are not able to do many jobs which need special and professional knowledge and skills. Therefore, a diploma can be a benchmark to judge a person's ability.

知識(shí)決定命運(yùn)。沒(méi)有良好的教育，你就不能夠做許多和專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)及能力相關(guān)的工作，因此學(xué)歷是判斷一個(gè)人能力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

In my opinion, exerience can be gained gradually after graduation. However, for some professional knowledge, the situation is totally different. Sometimes, it will take a long time to absorb(理解) and need a teacher's guidance. When you enter the working field , you will have a limited time to study. Therefore, I think as a student, the most important thing for us is to achieve a higher degree which can be an advantage for us to compete with others.

在我看來(lái)，經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)茉诋厴I(yè)之后慢慢獲得。然而對(duì)于一些專(zhuān)業(yè)的知識(shí)而言，情況就大不相同了。有時(shí)候這些知識(shí)會(huì)花費(fèi)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間去理解，而且還需要老師的指導(dǎo)。當(dāng)你有個(gè)工作之后，你的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間就非常的有限了。因此，作為一個(gè)學(xué)生，對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)最重要的事情就是獲得高學(xué)歷，這是我們和他人進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。

Experience is more important than a diploma in job-seeking.

求職時(shí)，經(jīng)驗(yàn)比學(xué)歷更重要。

Nowadays, more and more employers tend to employ those people who have relative experience with their future jobs. Therefore, in order to gain a comprative(相當(dāng)?shù)? edge in job-seeking, we should pay more attention to gain experience than to pursue a high degree.

現(xiàn)在，越來(lái)越多的招聘者傾向于那些對(duì)未來(lái)工作有一定經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人。因此，想要在找工作中高人一籌，我們應(yīng)該更加注重增長(zhǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，而不是一味地追求高學(xué)歷。

A high degree does not stand for strong ability in job performance. However, with more experience in working, we can realize(意識(shí)到) which skills are needed and which ones are not, and we can learn with a certain and clear objective(目標(biāo)), But we have no such a clear objective when are at school. Most students waste a lot of time on some courses which are not necessary in their future jobs.

高學(xué)歷并不代表在工作中的高能力。然而，如果我們有更多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我們就會(huì)意識(shí)到哪些技能是我們需要的，哪些是我們不需要的，從而我們就有了一個(gè)明確的目標(biāo)。但是我們?cè)谏蠈W(xué)的時(shí)候是不會(huì)在有這樣清晰的目標(biāo)的。許多學(xué)生在一些對(duì)以后的工作沒(méi)有幫助的課程上浪費(fèi)了很多的時(shí)間。
