二、不定冠詞的固定搭配

1.用于of后表示“同一個，相同的”

be of an age 同齡　　　　　be of a colour 相同顏色

be of a kind 相同種類　　　be of a height 相同高度

be of a size 相同尺寸　　　be of a type 相同型號

Birds of a feather flock together.物以類聚，人以群分。

The two flowers look different，but they are of a kind.

這兩朵花看上去不同，但是同一類的。

The coats are of a size，but of different colors.

這外套尺寸一樣，但顏色不同。

We are all of an age.我們都是同齡人。

2.與動詞一起構(gòu)成固定短語
