一、There be的肯定結(jié)構(gòu)

There be的肯定結(jié)構(gòu)中be動詞的單復(fù)數(shù)必須依主語的變化而變化，主語為單數(shù)或不可數(shù)名詞時用is，主語為復(fù)數(shù)時用are。

（一）There is+單數(shù)名詞+地點(diǎn)狀語（注：There is=There's）

There's a bed in the bedroom.臥室里有一張床。

There's a pair of socks on the bed.床上有一雙襪子。

（一雙襪子作為單數(shù)）

（二）There are+復(fù)數(shù)名詞+地點(diǎn)狀語

There are two chairs beside the table.桌子旁邊有兩把椅子。

（注：There are一般不縮寫）

There are two glasses of juice on the table.桌子上有兩杯果汁。

（兩杯果汁作為復(fù)數(shù)）

（三）There is+不可數(shù)名詞+地點(diǎn)狀語

There's a lot of rain in the south of China.中國南部雨水充足。

There's some juice in the bottle.杯子里有一些果汁。

（四）There be 之后如有幾個并列主語時，用is或用are取決于第一個主語是單數(shù)還是復(fù)數(shù)，單數(shù)用is，復(fù)數(shù)用are

There is a lamp （第一主語），two armchairs and three pictures in the room.

房間里有一盞燈，兩把扶手椅和三張圖片。

There are two armchairs （第一主語），a lamp and three pictures in the room.

房間里有兩把扶手椅，一盞燈和三張圖片。
