　　patient： The doctor sent me here to have my urine tested.

　　A： What's wrong with you ?

　　P： I feel pain when urinating . I also have a terrible headache and backache.

　　A： Do you pass water more often?

　　P： Yes .

　　A： I want a routine urine and urinalyssis-mid-stream clean-catch . I'll use urine cultures with a colony count ， as well as sensitivity tests . Here is a bootle for collecting your urine . Bring the specimen here as soon as possible.

　　P： Why is the middle portion of urine needed?

　　A： Because it is used for urine culture. As a rule this portion is uncontaminated.

　　P： When will the results come out?

　　A： I'll give you the report in two days time.

　　化驗員：您有什么事?

　　病人：醫(yī)生要我到這里來驗尿。

　　化驗員：您哪里不舒服?

　　病人：我排尿時感覺疼痛并嚴重的頭痛和腰疼。

　　病人：有。

　　病人：為什么要做尿中段化驗呢?

　　化驗員：因為需要做尿培養(yǎng)。一般來說，這段尿是未被污染的。
