求職英語面試:性格愛好篇(personality)

　　通過個性和愛好的問答，主考官可以初步判斷面試者的性格特點(diǎn)是否適合職位的需要。性格外向的人往往容易給人留下熱情活潑、思維敏捷但不深沉的印象，這類性格的人在面試時說話的節(jié)奏要適當(dāng)放慢，語言組織得當(dāng)，要注意給人以博學(xué)多才、見多識廣的良好形象。性格內(nèi)向的人則容易給人留下深沉有余、反應(yīng)遲緩的印象，在面試時，這類性格的人要力爭積極回答，并就某一重大觀點(diǎn)展開論述，以彌補(bǔ)自己性格上的不足。

　　興趣愛好有助于工作的勝任愉快，而且熱愛本職，從事的專業(yè)崗位與自己的興趣愛好相吻合也更有利于出成果。

　　應(yīng)試者應(yīng)該根據(jù)應(yīng)聘職位的需求，盡量的使用適當(dāng)?shù)脑~語形容自己的個性特點(diǎn)。例如，應(yīng)試者如果應(yīng)聘秘書的職位，那么他(她)在形容自己的個性特點(diǎn)時應(yīng)盡量選用類似efficient (有效率的)、careful(辦事仔細(xì)的)、responsible(負(fù)責(zé)的)等詞語而不應(yīng)該選用purposeful(有目的的)或 liberal(心胸寬大的)等不著邊際的詞語。
