　　(正譯)真糟糕，我胃痛了。

　　a nice kettle of fish 口語，意為“亂七八糟”，“非常混亂”，“一塌糊涂”，“處境困難”，“糟糕通頂”。

　　in a dilemma 進退兩難，左右為難

　　That dilemma is now disappearing.

　　高通脹目前正在消失。
