1.現(xiàn)在分詞作時(shí)間狀語

一些動詞如hear, see, arrive, return, get to, look, open, close, leave, turn around, walk等表示一個(gè)極短暫動作的詞的現(xiàn)在分詞可以表示此動作一發(fā)生，謂語動作就緊跟著發(fā)生，相當(dāng)于“一（剛）……就……”.

Hearing their teacher's voice, the pupils stopped talking at once.

相當(dāng)于On hearing their teacher's voice, the pupils stopped talking at once.

相當(dāng)于When they heard their teacher's voice, the pupils stopped talking at once.

一聽到老師的聲音，學(xué)生們立即停止講話。
