1.meteorology   名詞 n. 1.氣象學 2.氣象狀態(tài),這是個專業(yè)術語。

2.futures 期貨（股票）
           Futures markets now largely set the price of oil.
           期貨市場現(xiàn)在很大程度限定了石油價格。

3.speak in ;speak 是說話的意思，但是 speak in 是用某種語言說。
EG：Can you speak in English?

4.obsessed 著迷的,一門心思的
Eg: I realise that being age-obsessed is not attractive.
我意識到，執(zhí)著于年齡并不能讓人愉快。

5.prescribe   vt.①規(guī)定,指定[+that][+wh-]
              Do not prescribe to me what I'm going to do.
              不要規(guī)定我做什么事。
               ②.開(藥方),為...開(藥方);囑咐[(+for)][O1]
               The doctor prescribed three days' rest for her.
               醫(yī)生為她開了三天休息。

在句子中起賓語作用的從句叫做賓語從句。賓語從句分為三類：動詞的賓語從句，介詞的賓語從句和形容詞的賓語從句
which 引導賓語從句通常使用在特指“哪一個”的意思。 that \which在代物時常?？梢酝ㄓ?但有時只宜于用which ,有時卻用that
(1) 關系代詞前有介詞時，宜用which
This is the hotel in which you will stay.

(2) 如有兩個定語從句,其中一句的關系代詞是that,另一句宜于用which.
Let me show you the novel that I borrowed from the liberary which was newly open (新開放) to us.
這道題的意思是“哈利伯特是本很有趣的書，好像所有的孩子們都喜歡。”

(3)在引導非限定性定語從句時,宜用which

(4)介詞后不能用
We depend on the land from which we get our food.
