Basic english for hotel service

稱謂：

1、 直接稱謂：Mr.XXX, Mrs.XXX, Ms.XXX, Miss.XXX, Sir,

Madam, Gentlemen, Lady, young gentleman.

2、 間接稱謂：the lady with you, the gentleman with you,

that lady, that gentleman.

問好：

1、 Good morning, sir/madam

早上好!先生/夫人。

2、 Good afternoon, sir/madam

下午好!先生/夫人。

3、 Good evening, sir/madam

晚上好!先生/夫人。

4、 How are you today, sir? 回答：Thank you. And you?

先生，今天一切都好嗎? 很好，謝謝。你呢?

歡迎光臨外商活動中心。

2、 Welcome to our restaurant.
