　　21世紀被人們稱為“網(wǎng)絡(luò)稱雄”的時代，網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間(cyberspace)將是本世紀重要的戰(zhàn)略資源。網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟對傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟理論產(chǎn)生了重大影響，甚至改變著傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟學中的許多理論。網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟具有明顯的規(guī)模效應，規(guī)模越大，用戶越多，產(chǎn)品越具有標準性，所帶來的商業(yè)機會就越多，其效益就越大，但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)再神奇，它也不能脫離傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟而獨立存在。脫離了傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟，網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟就成了無水之源、無本之木。
