　　和諧源自人的內(nèi)心。健康的人格，良好的心態(tài)，既關(guān)乎個(gè)人的身心和諧，也關(guān)乎社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定。一個(gè)內(nèi)心失調(diào)、失衡的人，一個(gè)心中充溢著焦躁、郁悶甚至仇恨的人，往往自己會(huì)同自己過(guò)不去，還會(huì)同周圍環(huán)境過(guò)不去，人生是無(wú)法和諧得起來(lái)的。心平才能氣和，內(nèi)和才能外順。保持身心和諧，我們要以平和之心思考問(wèn)題，多一點(diǎn)理性、少一點(diǎn)感性，多一點(diǎn)睿智、少一點(diǎn)混沌，多一點(diǎn)冷靜、少一點(diǎn)浮躁，多一點(diǎn)淡然、少一點(diǎn)癡迷，多一點(diǎn)大度、少一點(diǎn)偏執(zhí)。
