　　餃子，是一種以面為皮(wrapper)的充餡食物，它是中國北方比較傳統(tǒng)的食物，餃子深受中國漢族人民的喜愛。中國人過春節(jié)和其他節(jié)日，餃子是必不可少的。相傳是我國古代名醫(yī)張仲景發(fā)明的。“餃子”得名的原因非常簡單，“餃子”音同“交子”，是新舊交替之意，因?yàn)榇汗?jié)標(biāo)志著新的一年的開始，人們選擇吃餃子來表達(dá)他們對新年的美好祝愿。盡管時代變了，但是這一傳統(tǒng)卻保留了下來。

　　3.相傳:翻譯為it is said that,這個句型是個常用句型，用來表達(dá)“據(jù)說，相傳”的意義。

　　4.新舊交替:可譯為 the transition from the old to the new 或者 the new replaces the old。

　　5.保留了下來:可理解為“一直未變，保持不變”，故使用動詞remain來表達(dá)比較合適。
