英語四級聽力完美訓(xùn)練法

　訓(xùn)練材料來源：09~13年四六級聽力真題。注：13年12月以前的真題中，復(fù)合式聽寫的句子部分的題目，只需練習(xí)聽出其中名詞、動詞、形容詞、副詞的答案即可。

　　第一步：預(yù)判(3-5分鐘)

　　做題前，一定留出時間看題。正式考試時看題時間約3分鐘左右。我們只能高效的看而非全面的看。選項中最需要注意的是：高頻詞，主語，謂語等。同時注意，相似選項和相反選項要保留，準(zhǔn)確答案就在其間。復(fù)合式聽寫部分也需要注意高頻詞匯。

　　例(2012年6月小對話)：

　　11. [A] Trying to sketch a map. [C] Discussing a house plan。

　　[B] Painting the dining room. [D] Cleaning the kitchen。

　　速讀后得知，此題目考察的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該是“這兩人在干什么”或者“第二個人在做什么?”

　　12. [A] She is tired of the food in the canteen.

　　[B] She often eats in a French restaurant。

　　[C] She usually takes a snack in the KFC。

　　[D] She is very fussy about what she eats。

　　速讀后得知，此題目考察女士的用餐習(xí)慣，而按照考點習(xí)慣，被考察人的語言通常在第二句

　　例(2008年6月長對話)

　　A) marketing consultancy。

　　B) Professional accountancy。

　　C) luxury hotel management。

　　D) business conference organization

　　選項都是某種行業(yè)，又因為此題是08年6月聽力長對話中的第一題，所以就暗示自己注意長對話開始部分的行業(yè)詞匯即可。

　　第二步：聽力開始(30分鐘)

　　2013年12月年后的四級聽力放音時間約30分鐘左右。請不間斷地聽完一套題，中間不要停頓，強化自己的耐力注意力和定力。記住，不要間斷也不要提前看后方的答案。

　　第三步：查閱環(huán)節(jié)(時間因人而異)

　　1、對答案。確定準(zhǔn)確答案在原文中的位置。同時確定錯誤答案為什么錯。

　　2、查詞和短語。將選項和原文中所有不熟悉的單詞和短語全部查閱清楚，不留死角。

　　3、翻譯句子。查閱詞語結(jié)束后，可以用視譯的方式看句子是否可以通順的翻譯明白。若發(fā)現(xiàn)人有句子無法理解，那就是單詞和短語的含義并未查閱正確。

　　例：2010年12月第22題B選項By seeing a commercial on TV。

　　Commercial的含義不是“商業(yè)”而是“廣告”。

　　例：2006年6月四級聽力長對話原文，是一個面試：

　　What benefits package do you offer?

　　誤譯：你提供什么利益包裹?

　　正譯：你們有什么樣的福利計劃?

　　無獨有偶：2007年12月的面試長對話中，又出現(xiàn)了一次benefits

　　There is a list of extra benefits. (有一個福利清單。)

　　第四步：視聽和跟讀原文(時間因人而異)

　　現(xiàn)在，你需要打開眼睛已經(jīng)可以完全看懂的聽力原文。邊放音邊聽，同時跟讀和模仿。跟不上的時候，可以以半句為單位甚至每個單詞為單位。本步驟可以糾正發(fā)音。

　　你可以讀準(zhǔn)這幾個單詞么?

　　exhibit resume receipt fasten suite

　　建議你利用各種方法確認(rèn)自己是不是讀對了，以最后一個單詞為例，它的準(zhǔn)確發(fā)音和sweet是一樣的，是不是有些驚訝?

　　另外，我們還需要特別注意連讀或失去爆破在語句中的使用。

　　第五步：裸聽(時間因人而異)

　　本步驟要求在沒有原文的情況下，完全靠雙耳能力聽懂所有細節(jié)。這是聽力訓(xùn)練的最高環(huán)節(jié)。你可能會發(fā)現(xiàn)剛才邊看邊聽時沒有任何理解難度的單詞和短語都會出現(xiàn)不懂或模糊的情況，一旦如此，請回到第四步確定是什么詞語讓耳朵不夠熟悉。本環(huán)節(jié)的訓(xùn)練需要耐心和堅持。

　　第六步：部分聽寫(時間因人而異)

　　為了提高四六級整體聽寫水平，同學(xué)可以在選擇性地將部分短對話或長對話，甚至短文聽力，用單句反復(fù)播放的形式寫出來。你需要耐心地把一句話重復(fù)聽多遍，以求最終準(zhǔn)確寫出。若發(fā)現(xiàn)單詞或短語無法準(zhǔn)確拼寫，可以在整段播放完畢后進行統(tǒng)一確認(rèn)。

　　注意：“時間因人而異”是指由于同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和能力有所差別，耗費的時間也會有差別。

　　第二部分：例題練習(xí)演示

　　例：2007年12月份第三篇短文聽力

　　33. A)It’ll enable them to enjoy the best medical care。

　　B)It’ll allow them to receive free medical treatment。

　　C)It’ll protect them from possible financial crises。

　　D)It’ll prevent the doctors from overcharging them。

　　第一步看題(1分鐘)：

　　33題：注意圈出每項的動詞，聽到確定的動詞即為準(zhǔn)確答案

　　34題：選項較難，只能迅速熟悉一下長詞或難詞的位置，不要強迫自己全部看懂

　　35題：ABD都是pay做謂語，答案必在其間。

　　第二步，聽力做題(3分鐘)

　　2、 找出答案在原文的對應(yīng)：

　　Obtaining good health insurance is a real necessity while you are studying overseas. It protects you from minor and major medical expenses that can wipe out not only your savings，(33題C選項的高度對應(yīng)，尤其是“protect sb from 保護某人不受某種侵害”這個短語的重合)but you dreams of an education abroad。

　　There are often two different types of health insurance you can consider buying：international travel insurance and student insurance in the country where you will be going. An international travel insurance policy is usually purchased in your home country before you go abroad. It generally covers a wide variety of medical services，and are often gives a list of doctors in the area where you will travel who may even speak your native language. The drawback might be that you may not get your money back immediately。(34題的A項有多個單詞和短語在此處重合) In other words，you may have to pay all your medical expenses and then later submit your receipts to the insurance company. On the other hand，getting student health insurance in the country where you will study might allow you to only pay a certain percentage of the medical cost at the time of service and thus，you don’t have to have sufficient cash to pay the entire bill at once。(35題的B項在此重合)

　　Whatever you decide，obtaining some form of health insurance is something you should consider before you go overseas. You shouldn’t wait until you are sick with major medical bills to pay off。

　　原文舉例：In other words，you may have to pay all your medical expenses and then later submit your receipts to the insurance company。

　　譯文：也就是說，你可能需要繳納你所有的醫(yī)療費用，然后把你的收據(jù)提交給保險公司。

　　同時，開始積累你不懂的生詞，這個過程時間自控。
