B: Quite right! On 20th May 2009，the Royal Institute of British Architects held its Southern Regional awards ceremony in the new Biochemistry building. Architects of the building are awarded to the RIBA Stirling Prize for making the greatest contribution to British architecture in the past year.

B: It is a British prize to persons for excellence in architecture, and is considered to be the most prestigious architecture award in the United Kingdom. The awards ceremony is organised annually by the Royal Institute of British Architects, and the Prize laureates may receive a stipend of GB￡20，000. The laureates must be RIBA members, but the building can be anywhere in the European Union.

B: Right. The establishment of the new building can also relieve the burden of teachers and students, and they needn’t rush about a variety of buildings across the University.
