如果你的鄰居報(bào)警了，投訴你噪音擾民,

你該如何和警察解釋呢？

來(lái)聽(tīng)今天的講解:

A: Hello, I am from the police station. I come to ask you a few questions. Your neighbor has complained?to me that you are creatinga nuisance in the vicinity.

您好,我是警察局的。我想問(wèn)您一些問(wèn)題。您的鄰居投訴說(shuō)您在附近制造了一些噪音。

B: Could you be more specific, sir?

您能說(shuō)得更詳細(xì)一些嗎？

A: He called to tell us that you often hold a party in your house. The noise is loud enough to wake up the dead.

您的鄰居說(shuō)您經(jīng)常舉辦party，但是噪音能把死人都吵醒了。

B: As a matter offact, I hold the party at times, not quite frequently. In addition to this, we didn't play the music very loudly and just loud enough for us to hear.

事實(shí)上，我并沒(méi)有頻繁的舉辦party。再說(shuō)，我的音樂(lè)聲音也不大，只是足夠大讓我們自己能聽(tīng)見(jiàn)。

A: Not quite requently? He said you hold the party every weekend late into the wee hours.

B: If so, I am afraid that you have been mislead. Sir, I have to admit I do hold the party sometimes at weekend, but not every week. Besides, every time we ended up with the party at around half past 10 p.m.

A: Anyhow, you are forbidded to d that in a residential area. You can take your friend to the amusement places and entertain them there.

B: I can't agree with you more, sir. I promise that won't happen again. Thanks
