實用英語對話:流行病

心濤：洋洋，又去社區(qū)幼兒園當志愿者了?

洋洋：是啊，好累!最近孩子們得病的人數(shù)創(chuàng)歷史記錄了。前年小孩兒們流行得麻疹，去年是腮腺炎。到了今年，變成水痘。

心濤：那得把被傳染的孩子送回家隔離治療吧。

洋洋：對，我打電話通知他們的父母了。今天還有兩個孩子看起來好像得了紅眼病。有個三歲的孩子可能得了百日咳，不過我不太確定。還有一個很小的孩子得了哮喘。我真希望有一種方法能幫孩子們預防各種疾病。

心濤：天吶，你確定你是在幼兒園做志愿者嗎?

洋洋：怎么這么說?

心濤：聽起來你更像是在疾病控制中心工作。我建議你明天戴防毒面具去上班。

洋洋：其實這些病我小時候都得過，所以我現(xiàn)在有免疫力，已經(jīng)是百毒不侵了!

Xintao: Yangyang, are you volunteering kindergarten of the community?

Yangyang: Yes. I'm worn out. Recently the number of valid kids has broken the historical record. Two years ago, it was measles. Last year, it was mumps. This year, it's chicken pox.

Xintao: Then send the kids infected home to be isolated and treated.

Yangyang: Yes. I’ve called their parents. Today there are two kids who seemed to be having pinkeye. A three-year-old boy is probably suffering from pertussis, but I’m not sure. And a very young kid is suffering from asthma. I’m hoping there is a way to help them prevent any disease.

Xintao: Oh, my God. Are you sure you're volunteering in the kindergarten?

Yangyang: Why?

Xintao: It seems that you work in the Disease Control Center. I suggest you wear a gas mask at work.

Yangyang: In fact, I've had these diseases in my childhood, so I have immunity to all the virus.
