洋洋：心濤，你怎么魂不守舍的?想什么呢?

心濤：哎，我前女友剛給我打電話說她懷孕了，想讓我去做個親子鑒定。

洋洋：啊!天吶，爆炸性新聞啊，怎么會有這種事?你答應(yīng)她了?

心濤：當然了，我別無選擇啊。如果孩子真是我的，我一定會負責到底。我會和她結(jié)婚，然后等待孩子出生，給他一個完整的家，照顧孩子，看他長大…該做的我一樣也不會少。

洋洋：哇，真的啊，你可真是個好男人吶。要是別人碰上這種事，肯定希望孩子不是他們的，躲得遠遠的。那你告訴她你會去的時候她什么反應(yīng)?

心濤：她沒想到我毫不猶豫的就答應(yīng)了。她以為我會大發(fā)雷霆或者直接把電話掛了。

洋洋：我也覺得很出乎意料，為了孩子和已經(jīng)分手的女朋友復(fù)合，組建家庭，這可不是誰都能做到的事。

心濤：其實我也很矛盾，一方面希望這孩子不是我的，畢竟我們已經(jīng)分手了;可是另一方面，我年齡也不小了，真的很想當爸爸。

洋洋：你也別胡思亂想了，DNA會告訴你答案的。你就雙手合十祈禱吧。

心濤：我會的，但問題的關(guān)鍵是我不知道我到底想要什么結(jié)果啊。

YY: Xintao, you seem to be in a daze; what's on your mind?

XT: Sigh, my ex-girlfriend just called me up. She told me that she's pregnant and asked me to go for a paternity test.

YY: What? Good lord, this is breaking news. How did something like this happen? Did you agree?

XT: Of course, what choice do I have? If the child is really mine, I will definitely shoulder the responsibility. I will marry her, await the baby's arrival, provide him with a conducive family environment, take care of him, and watch him grow up.... I'll do whatever is required of me.

YY: Wow, really? You're a very good man. Others caught in such a situation will undoubtedly bolt off and hope the child is not theirs. So how did she react when you told her that you agree to go for the test?

XT: She never expected me to agree without any hesitation. She thought I'd fly into a rage or hang up on her.

YY: I didn't see this coming either; I didn't think that you'd reunite with your ex-girlfriend and set up a family with her all for the sake of the child. This is not something just anyone can do.

XT: I'm actually feeling very torn. On the one hand, I hope the child is not mine; we have, after all, already broken up. On the other hand, I'm not getting any younger and I'd very much like to be a father.

YY: Don't think too much, the DNA results will provide you with the answer. Just fold your palms together and pray.

XT: I will. My problem is that I don't know which outcome to pray for.
