Ann: Where were you going yesterday?

Lily: My husband and I went to look at an apartment.

我丈夫和我去看房子了。

Ann: Do you plan to buy a news house?

你們打算買新房子了?

Lily: Yes, I have this plan for many years, but I didn’t have money. And after these years working, we have saved some money.

Ann: Congratulations.

Lily: I am worried that if I buy this house, when could I move into the news house?

Ann: Yes, you should pay for the house before it is completed. I have heard a piece of news that the government is going to cancel Pre-sale of Commercial Housing System so that real estate developers could sell apartments only after completed.

Lily: Really?

Ann: Some areas have started to put out a trial use.
