Instead of saying,'Good morning',
many Japanese people answer just saying,'Yes
I never knew what to say to that.
And at the end of the conversation.
I expect people to say something like,"Thanks for calling.
Goodbye'.
But many Japanese people hang up without saying anything.
This can seem quite rude to a westerner.
