媽媽1：我現(xiàn)在非常擔(dān)心我的兒子馬克，自從他搬進(jìn)自己的公寓，他的體重一直在下降，他看起來真的不太健康。
Mother 1: I'm  so  worried  about  Marc  these  days . Ever  since  he  moved  into  his  own  apartment , He's  been  losing  weight  He  really  doesn't  look  well  at  all .

媽媽2：他搬到自己公寓了？怪不得他那那么瘦，他真的應(yīng)該長胖些，也許他吃的不夠多。你昨天看到他時(shí)，同他談起這件事了嗎？
Mother 2: He  moved  into  his  own  apartment ? Well , no  wonder  he's  looking  so  thin . He  really  should  try  to  gain  some  weight . He's  probably  not  eating  enough . Did  you  talk  to  him  about  it  when  you  saw  him  yesterday ?

媽媽1：是的，但是，你知道。嗨！不提了，湯姆現(xiàn)在怎么樣？
Mother 1: Yes , but  well , you  know . Well , anyway , how's  Tom  these  days ?

媽媽2：湯姆？噢，湯姆太讓我擔(dān)心了。他現(xiàn)在越來越胖。他需減重50磅。我不知道怎么做。我一直告訴他節(jié)食，但是每次我同他談，他都生氣。
Mother 2: Tom ? Oh , Tom  has  me  worried , too . He  is  really  getting  much  too  fat . He  needs  to  lose  about  50 pounds  now . I don't  know  what  to  do . I keep  telling  him  to  go  on  a diet  but  he  gets  angry  every  time  I try  to  talk  to  him  about  it .

媽媽1:五十磅？那要減重很多。湯姆都吃什么？
Mother 1:50 pounds ? That  is  a lot  of  weight  to  lose . What  does  Tom  eat ?

媽媽2：我真的不知道。但我肯定他吃了很多糕點(diǎn)和糖。我一直告訴他：“湯姆，親愛的，你要多吃水果少吃糖”。當(dāng)然他不聽我的。也許馬克應(yīng)該同他談?wù)劇?br /> Mother 2: I really  don't  know . But  I am  sure  he  is  eating  too  much  cake  and  candy . I keep  telling  him , "Tom , dear , you  will  just  have  to  eat  more  fruit  and  less  candy ". Of  course , he  doesn't  listen  to  me . Maybe  Marc  should  talk  to  him .
