There’s a big _distinction_ between working hard and being a __workaholic_.
Working hard _involves_ being __organized__, _focused_, getting a lot of work done, knowing when to stop, and _having a life other than work__. Workaholics, on the other hand, are often disorganized, __always find reasons for working more _, feel lost without work to do,_hide from problems through work_, don’t know how or when to relax, __bring work home from the office, can’t communicate well with fellow workers and family members_, and have unbalanced, one-dimensional lives.
