There is no doubt that job hunting is a grave problem with which college graduates are confronted. 1
There are various reasons for graduates’ being increasingly difficult to secure an ideal job. 2 For example, colleges and universities have enrolled so many students that the number of graduates is far greater than needed in the market. And the job vacancies are insufficient during the economic depression. Nevertheless, as far as I am concerned, the most critical factor is that a large number of college students haven’t figured out right occupation orientation or career goal before they really enter the society.
