What is Happiness?
In my opinion, happiness is to have a harmonious relationship with people in our lives. That is, he is truly happy who makes others happy.
There are some reasons for my view. First, it is the people in our lives who bring us the most happiness. Family, friends and co-workers, who are part of our inner circle, can share our experiences, hopes and dreams, successes and frustrations, joys and pains. Second, selfishness is a major block to happiness. To live life only for ourselves will bring us nothing but sadness and misery. Thus, the unconditional love we have for the people in our lives and their unconditional love for us is the essence of happiness.
In a word, I truly believe that the happiest people are those who get along well with others and love many things, keep a good mood in their lives. They have their own way to enjoy and appreciate the world. They love their children, family and friends. They love both sunrises and sunsets. 總之，最幸福的人是那些在生活中與他人和睦相處、心中有愛(ài)、保持好心情的人們，我對(duì)此深信不疑。他們擁有自己的方式來(lái)享受和欣賞世界。他們愛(ài)自己的孩子、家庭和朋友。他們既愛(ài)日出，也愛(ài)日落。最重要的一點(diǎn)是，他們知道如何將所有的這些與他人分享。
