5.3 Mobile Phone 手機(jī)

M: As we know, mobile phones bring people great convenience and shorten the distance among friends and relatives.

W: It bears a great many of advantages, but also some weak points.

M: Is it? I've never thought of any disadvantages of the mobile phone.

W: For instance, the mobile phone seriously distracts the attention of people from work and study.

M: That's true. Some people pay too much attention to their mobile phones.

W: Actually, it's not the fault of the mobile phone. But people should have a proper attitude towards it. Mobile phone is a tool serving people, not the fetters restricting them.

M：我們都知道，手機(jī)不僅給人們帶來(lái)了巨大的便利，還縮短了親朋好友之間的距離。

W：手機(jī)有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但也有一些弊端。

M：是嗎？我沒覺得它有什么不好的地方。

M：沒錯(cuò)，有些人把太多注意力都放在手機(jī)上了。

W：其實(shí)，這也并不是手機(jī)自身的原因，而在于人們對(duì)待它的態(tài)度。手機(jī)只是一個(gè)用來(lái)服務(wù)于人們的工具，而不是束縛人們的鐐銬。
