Alfred Tennyson

丁尼生（Alfred Tennyson，1809-1892），英國(guó)維多利亞時(shí)期重要詩(shī)人。早年的詩(shī)大多清新、自然，積極向上。大學(xué)好友哈萊姆的不幸早逝對(duì)丁尼生的心靈造成永久的創(chuàng)傷。經(jīng)過(guò)17年的構(gòu)思，他創(chuàng)作出《悼念集》，譽(yù)滿全國(guó)。他常思考生死關(guān)系，懷戀過(guò)去，感嘆現(xiàn)存的人世，作品具有一種哲理深度和深沉而憂郁的感傷情調(diào)，表現(xiàn)出維多利亞時(shí)期人們的精神風(fēng)貌，體現(xiàn)出這個(gè)時(shí)期人們的懷疑、思考、迷惑與憂慮。在詩(shī)藝方面，他的詩(shī)形式完美，辭藻華麗，韻律整齊，同時(shí)又有豐富的想象，才力很高。
