馬弗爾（Andrew Marvel，1621-1678），英國十七世紀(jì)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的政治家和文人。他詩作的數(shù)量不多，但題材較廣泛，愛情詩、諷刺詩、頌詩等在他的筆下都有聲有色，極富個(gè)性。這些作品風(fēng)格典雅，語言清澈，形式工整，同時(shí)，詩中的比喻奇特而復(fù)雜，構(gòu)思巧妙，充滿智性，這使得他的詩作既有伊麗莎白時(shí)代抒情詩的風(fēng)格和田園詩風(fēng)，又有十八世紀(jì)新古典主義詩歌重說理的風(fēng)格，起到了承上啟下的作用?！吨聥尚叩那槿恕访枥L出肉體之愛同精神之愛的沖突以及克制的情感與飛逝的時(shí)間之間的矛盾。
