The Withering of the Boughs	樹枝的枯萎
I cried when the moon was murmuring to the birds：	月亮對(duì)鳥兒低語的時(shí)候，我喊著：
‘Let peewit call and curlew cry where they will,	“讓田鳧和麻鷸在它們喜愛的地方鳴唱，
I long for your merry and tender and pitiful words,	我渴望你歡快的、溫柔的、悲憫的詞句，
For the roads are unending, and there is no place to my mind.'	因?yàn)榈缆窡o盡，卻沒有放置我心靈的地方。”
The honey-pale moon lay low on the sleepy hill,	淡淡的月兒垂在睡意沉沉的山坡，
And I fell asleep upon lonely Echtge of streams.	我在孤獨(dú)的艾赫奇溪地睡去。
No boughs have withered because of the wintry wind;	樹枝不會(huì)因?yàn)楹L(fēng)而枯萎，
The boughs have withered because I have told them my dreams.	樹枝的枯萎是因我講出了我的夢(mèng)境。
I know of the leafy paths that the witches take	我清楚女巫們走過的林間小路，
Who come with their crowns of pearl and their spindles of wool,	她們戴著珠冠，帶著紡錘，
And their secret smile, out of the depths of the lake;	帶著神秘的笑，來自湖水深處；
I know where a dim moon drifts, where the Danaan kind	我知道陰晦的月亮何處漂泊，妲南她們
Wind and unwind dancing when the light grows cool	在何處交纏腳步，當(dāng)島上的草地光線變冷，
