| I dreamed that I stood in a valley, and amid sighs, | 我夢(mèng)到立于一座山谷，重重的嘆息聲中， |
| For happy lovers passed two by two where I stood; | 常有戀人行過(guò)我的身旁； |
| And I dreamed my lost love came stealthily out of the wood | 我夢(mèng)到我逝去的愛(ài)悄然從林間出現(xiàn)， |
| With her cloud-pale eyelids falling on dream-dimmed eyes： | 夢(mèng)樣的瞳子，云樣的眼瞼。 |
| I cried in my dream, O women, bid the young men lay | 我在夢(mèng)中呼喊：女人們啊，讓青年男子 |
| Their heads on your knees, and drown their eyes with your hair, | 把頭枕在你們的膝上，再用長(zhǎng)發(fā)遮住他們雙眼， |
