白骨精Office口語筆記：約會(huì)見面全搞定

很多人誤以為安排會(huì)面只是秘書的工作，其實(shí)不然。每個(gè)職場人都有可能會(huì)遇到安排會(huì)面的情況。有時(shí)候，情況還可能很復(fù)雜，更改會(huì)面的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)，甚至取消會(huì)面都有可能發(fā)生。

1.安排會(huì)面必備第一句：我能和您約個(gè)時(shí)間見面嗎?

經(jīng)典表達(dá)：

May I have an appointment with you?

我能和您約個(gè)時(shí)間見面嗎?

舉一反三：

Will you be available this afternoon?

Could we arrange the meeting on Tuesday afternoon?

I wonder if it would be convenient for you to meet us this afternoon?

Could you squeeze me in sometime this morning?

2.安排會(huì)面必備第二句：您能給我安排一下和XXX會(huì)面的時(shí)間嗎?

經(jīng)典表達(dá)：

Could you arrange a meeting with your boss?

您能給我安排個(gè)時(shí)間和您老板見面嗎?

舉一反三：

Will XXX be available on Monday?

I wonder if XXX could spare me an hour or so tomorrow afternoon?

I would like to make an appointment with XXX. Can you fit me in on his/her schedule?

3.安排會(huì)面必備第三句：確定時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)

經(jīng)典表達(dá)：

How about ten o’clock on Thursday morning at your office?

周四早上十點(diǎn)在您辦公室可以嗎?

舉一反三：

What about this afternoon?

Would Friday morning be convenient for you?

Could we make it at four o’clock on Tuesday afternoon?

4.更改會(huì)面必備：能把會(huì)面時(shí)間推遲到明天嗎?

經(jīng)典表達(dá)：

Could we postpone our talk to the following day, at the same hour and the same place?

我們能把約會(huì)時(shí)間推遲到原定時(shí)間后一天，時(shí)間地點(diǎn)不變，可以嗎?

舉一反三：

We can make it some other time。

I wonder if you could change the time。

I would like to postpone the meeting until Monday afternoon, would that be convenient for you?

5.取消會(huì)面必備：抱歉，恐怕我要取消我們的約會(huì)了。

經(jīng)典表達(dá)：

I must make apologies. I’m afraid I have to cancel our appointment。

抱歉，恐怕我要取消我們的約會(huì)了。

舉一反三：

I have something urgent tomorrow, so the appointment will have to be cancelled。

I’m really sorry about cancelling the meeting at the last minute。

I’ll have to take a rain check. Maybe another time?

take a rain check是一個(gè)習(xí)語。Rain check原指棒球等露天球賽因下雨改期再賽時(shí)，下次入場還可使用的原票根，引申為“雙方無法約定日期，改期再約”。
