[口語]“克扣工資”英文怎么說

在上面的報道中，unreasonable deductions from paychecks就是“克扣工資”，“拖欠工資”則可以用withholding wages或者delaying wages來表示，complaints procedure to report就是農(nóng)民工在拿不到full wages（全額工資）的時候可以尋求幫助的“舉報投訴渠道”。Report在這里指“舉報”，"舉報者"則是whistleblower。部分雇主delay paying wages（拖欠工資）是因為害怕農(nóng)民工過了春節(jié)就不再回來工作，這和近兩年的labor shortage（用工荒）有很大關系。

為保障勞動者權益，國家有關部門還制定了negotiation system on wages（工資協(xié)商制度）和equal pay for equal work（同工同酬）條例，為企業(yè)設立minimum wage standard（最低工資標準）。
