熒幕戀情 showmance

很多娛樂節(jié)目都曾經(jīng)盤點過歷史上經(jīng)典的“熒幕伴侶”，他們在熒幕上的愛情故事可能曾經(jīng)感動了很多人，也可能很多觀眾會誤以為他們在現(xiàn)實生活中也是一對。他們這樣的戀情就叫做showmance（熒幕戀情）。

Showmance means the romance actors engage in for the run of a show. Once the run is over so is the romance.

熒幕戀情（showmance）是演員在戲劇表演中上演的戀情。表演結(jié)束時，戀情也隨之終結(jié)。

The term originated in the theater and moved to movies and scripted television and then reality television. The term has now moved to the populace to describe any contrived romance.

這個說法初現(xiàn)于劇院表演，后來適用范圍擴展到電影、電視劇以及真人秀電視節(jié)目?，F(xiàn)在，這個詞已經(jīng)可以用來描述任何形式的虛假戀情了。

For example:

A: I didn't know Anthony and Cicely were dating.

我沒聽說安東尼和西塞莉在談戀愛啊。

B: It's just a showmance, Cicely is just dating Anthony just to make Edgar jealous.

那不過是熒幕戀情而已，西塞莉跟安東尼約會就是為了讓埃德加嫉妒。
