深圳：無人駕駛汽車可合法上路 8月1日起施行

Shenzhen will allow fully autonomous vehicles to drive on roads in certain areas without human controls, according to a regulation published on the official website of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress.

根據(jù)深圳市人大常委會網(wǎng)站正式公布的《深圳經(jīng)濟特區(qū)智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車管理條例》，深圳將允許完全自動駕駛的智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車，在限定區(qū)域內合法上路。該類汽車可以不具有人工駕駛模式和相應裝置，可以不配備駕駛員。

The first-of-its-kind regulation is scheduled to go into force on Aug 1.
這是國內首部此類法規(guī)，將于2022年8月1日起施行。

Meanwhile, the regulation clarifies rules for liability and auto insurance coverage in the event of car accidents that involve autonomous driving, which is expected to ramp up the commercialization of self-driving solutions.
與此同時，該條例明確了涉及無人駕駛汽車的交通事故的責任規(guī)則和汽車保險范圍，預計將加快自動駕駛解決方案的商業(yè)化。
