China launched the Tianzhou-4 cargo spacecraft on Tuesday to deliver supplies to its space station, which is scheduled to wrap up construction this year. The Long March-7 Y5 rocket carrying Tianzhou-4, blasted off at 1:56 a.m. (Beijing Time) from the Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site in the southern island province of Hainan, according to the China Manned Space Agency. After around 10 minutes, Tianzhou-4 separated from the rocket and entered its designated orbit. At 2:23 a.m., the solar panels of the cargo craft unfolded and began working. Tianzhou-4 successfully docked with the combined space station core module Tianhe and the Tianzhou-3 cargo craft later on Tuesday.
據(jù)中國載人航天工程辦公室消息,北京時間5月10日1時56分,搭載天舟四號貨運飛船的長征七號遙五運載火箭,在我國文昌航天發(fā)射場點火發(fā)射,約10分鐘后,飛船與火箭成功分離,進(jìn)入預(yù)定軌道,2時23分,飛船太陽能帆板順利展開工作,發(fā)射取得圓滿成功。在歷經(jīng)數(shù)小時的飛行后,天舟四號順利"牽手"空間站天和核心艙與天舟三號組合體。根據(jù)計劃,中國空間站將于今年完成在軌建造,此次天舟四號的任務(wù)是向空間站運輸物資。
