我國首個氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)中長期規(guī)劃出臺

The National Development and Reform Commission, China's top economic regulator, on Wednesday unveiled the country's first medium- to long-term (2021-35) plan to promote high-quality development of the hydrogen industry in association with the National Energy Administration.

國家發(fā)展改革委、國家能源局3月23日聯(lián)合印發(fā)《氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中長期規(guī)劃（2021-2035年）》，以推進氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)高質量發(fā)展，這是我國首個氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)的中長期規(guī)劃。

Under the plan, China will seek to have around 50,000 hydrogen-fueled vehicles and a batch of hydrogen fueling stations by 2025.
根據(jù)規(guī)劃，到2025年，我國燃料電池車輛保有量約5萬輛，部署建設一批加氫站。

By then, the country aims to produce 100,000 to 200,000 metric tons of hydrogen generated from renewable energy sources a year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1 to 2 million tons a year.
可再生能源制氫量達到10萬噸至20萬噸/年，實現(xiàn)二氧化碳減排100萬噸至200萬噸/年。

According to the plan, a relatively complete hydrogen industry technology innovation system as well as a clean energy-based hydrogen production and supply system will be formed by 2030, which will help in meeting the carbon peak goal.
到2030年，形成較為完備的氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新體系、清潔能源制氫及供應體系，有力支撐碳達峰目標實現(xiàn)。

By 2035, the share of hydrogen generated from renewable energy resources in the final energy consumption will be significantly expanded.
到2035年，形成氫能多元應用生態(tài)，可再生能源制氫在終端能源消費中的比例明顯提升。
