China will provide job seekers with no fewer than 1 million internship openings this year to help them find employment as soon as possible, authorities said on Wednesday. The openings will be arranged with concerted efforts from the government and various sectors, and the campaign will strive for the participation of employers, college graduates and unemployed young people, according to a circular released by 10 government organs, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Ministry of Education.
人社部、教育部等十部門3月16日發(fā)布通知,部署啟動實施百萬就業(yè)見習(xí)崗位募集計劃,幫助青年提升就業(yè)能力。通知提出,充分發(fā)揮政府有關(guān)部門、社會各方面力量,力爭把有意愿的用人單位、高校畢業(yè)生和失業(yè)青年都組織到見習(xí)活動中。
Internship providers should pay for their interns' basic living expenses and any other fees incurred in their management and tutoring, the circular said.
見習(xí)期間,由見習(xí)單位為見習(xí)人員提供基本生活費,并承擔(dān)見習(xí)人員的指導(dǎo)管理費用。
These providers will receive subsidies, and those with a retention rate higher than 50 percent after the end of the internship period will receive more subsidies.
對吸納見習(xí)的單位,按規(guī)定給予就業(yè)見習(xí)補(bǔ)貼。對見習(xí)期滿留用率達(dá)到50%以上的見習(xí)單位,可適當(dāng)提高見習(xí)補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
