'十四五'國(guó)家應(yīng)急體系規(guī)劃發(fā)布

China's State Council has issued a plan to advance the construction of its emergency management system over the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025).

國(guó)務(wù)院近日發(fā)布《“十四五”國(guó)家應(yīng)急體系規(guī)劃》。

The plan calls for deepening the modernization of the system and capability of China's emergency management and minimizing losses from disasters and accidents to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
《規(guī)劃》旨在深入推進(jìn)應(yīng)急管理體系和能力現(xiàn)代化，最大限度降低災(zāi)害事故損失，全力保護(hù)人民群眾生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。

By 2025, a unified, quick-response, and coordinated emergency management mechanism with higher levels of scientific and technological information and comprehensive support systems will be built. The construction of emergency rescue forces will be fully enhanced, said the plan.
《規(guī)劃》提出，到2025年，形成統(tǒng)一指揮、專常兼?zhèn)?、反?yīng)靈敏、上下聯(lián)動(dòng)的中國(guó)特色應(yīng)急管理體制，應(yīng)急救援力量建設(shè)全面加強(qiáng)，科技信息化水平和綜合保障能力大幅提升。

The plan also said that an emergency response system with Chinese characteristics to achieve socialist modernization should be established by 2035.
到2035年，建立與基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化相適應(yīng)的中國(guó)特色大國(guó)應(yīng)急體系。
