兩部門向山西陜西撥8000萬元救災

China's Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Emergency Management on Monday earmarked 80 million yuan from the central natural-disaster relief fund to support relief work in the flood-hit provinces of Shanxi and Shaanxi.

10月11日，財政部、應急管理部緊急預撥8000萬元救災補助資金，支持山西省和陜西省防汛救災工作。

The China National Commission for Disaster Reduction and MEM have activated a Level-IV emergency response to floods in the two provinces.

國家減災委、應急管理部針對陜西、山西兩省近期嚴重洪澇災害，啟動國家Ⅳ級救災應急響應。

Fifteen people died and three remain missing due to torrential rains affecting a population of 1.75 million in North China's Shanxi province, the provincial government said at a news conference on Tuesday.

山西省政府10月12日在新聞發(fā)布會上表示，該省嚴重洪澇災害已致175萬人受災，15人死亡，3人失蹤。

The damage in Shaanxi was mostly confined to Weinan, a city of 5 million people on the Shanxi border.

陜西省的災情則主要集中在渭南市，渭南市位于陜西與山西交界處，是一個人口500萬的城市。
