《中華人民共和國市場主體登記管理條例(草案)》通過

A State Council executive meeting Wednesday passed a draft regulation on the registration management of domestic market entities. It aims to provide rule-of-law safeguards for developing market entities and boost fair competition.

國務(wù)院總理李克強4月14日主持召開國務(wù)院常務(wù)會議，通過《中華人民共和國市場主體登記管理條例(草案)》，為培育壯大市場主體和促進公平競爭提供法治保障。

During the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) period, more than 60 million new market entities were added. It has enhanced economic vitality and created numerous jobs, according to the meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang.

我國市場主體數(shù)量在"十三五"期間新增6000多萬戶，增強了經(jīng)濟活力和韌性，促進了大量就業(yè)。

The draft detailed unified regulation measures on the registration of various market entities, including companies, individually owned businesses and farm cooperatives.

草案整合已出臺的關(guān)于市場主體登記管理的行政法規(guī)，對在我國境內(nèi)以營利為目的從事經(jīng)營活動的各類企業(yè)、個體工商戶、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社等登記管理作出統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。

Market entities should register with their real names and be responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of the materials they submit.

市場主體實行實名登記，對提交材料真實性、合法性和有效性負(fù)責(zé)。

The draft also clarified the legal responsibilities and punishment for illegal acts to safeguard market order, the meeting said.

為維護市場秩序，草案還明確了違法行為的法律責(zé)任和處罰措施。
