《中華人民共和國(guó)市場(chǎng)主體登記管理?xiàng)l例(草案)》通過(guò)

A State Council executive meeting Wednesday passed a draft regulation on the registration management of domestic market entities. It aims to provide rule-of-law safeguards for developing market entities and boost fair competition.

國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)4月14日主持召開(kāi)國(guó)務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議，通過(guò)《中華人民共和國(guó)市場(chǎng)主體登記管理?xiàng)l例(草案)》，為培育壯大市場(chǎng)主體和促進(jìn)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)提供法治保障。

During the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) period, more than 60 million new market entities were added. It has enhanced economic vitality and created numerous jobs, according to the meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang.

我國(guó)市場(chǎng)主體數(shù)量在"十三五"期間新增6000多萬(wàn)戶(hù)，增強(qiáng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)活力和韌性，促進(jìn)了大量就業(yè)。

The draft detailed unified regulation measures on the registration of various market entities, including companies, individually owned businesses and farm cooperatives.

草案整合已出臺(tái)的關(guān)于市場(chǎng)主體登記管理的行政法規(guī)，對(duì)在我國(guó)境內(nèi)以營(yíng)利為目的從事經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的各類(lèi)企業(yè)、個(gè)體工商戶(hù)、農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社等登記管理作出統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。

Market entities should register with their real names and be responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of the materials they submit.

市場(chǎng)主體實(shí)行實(shí)名登記，對(duì)提交材料真實(shí)性、合法性和有效性負(fù)責(zé)。

The draft also clarified the legal responsibilities and punishment for illegal acts to safeguard market order, the meeting said.

為維護(hù)市場(chǎng)秩序，草案還明確了違法行為的法律責(zé)任和處罰措施。
