Route 66 is the most famous road in the United States. Stretching nearly 4,000 kilometers from Chicago to Los Angeles, this historic highway is often called the “Main Street of America.”

66號公路是美國最著名的公路。從芝加哥到洛杉磯綿延近4000公里，這條具有歷史意義的高速公路常被稱為“美國的主要街道”。

In 2016, Route 66 marks its 90th anniversary. To celebrate, VOA Learning English is taking a road trip across America along Route 66.

Follow along as Learning English reporters Caty Weaver, Ashley Thompson and Adam Brock travel through the rolling fields of the Midwest, cross the deserts of the Southwest, and reach the Pacific Ocean in California.
